Position: HR Executive

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive to support our talent acquisition and HR operations functions. The role primarily focuses on recruitment (70%) and HR operations (30%). The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, onboarding employees, and handling day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
HR Operations (30%)
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Track attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Support payroll inputs and employee verification processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and induction programs.
- Assist in policy implementation and HR compliance.
- Handle employee queries related to HR processes.
- Generate HR reports and MIS as required.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings simultaneously
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
