Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns

2. Create engaging email content and templates

3. Manage email databases and ensure data accuracy

4. Monitor campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions)

5. Perform A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness

6. Coordinate with design and content teams

7. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in email marketing or similar role

2. Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, etc.)

3. Basic understanding of HTML for email templates

4. Strong analytical and communication skills

5. Knowledge of ChatGPT prompts and AI tools for content creation

6. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
