About the Company

Quabul Consultancy & Services Private Limited — a fast-paced financial services firm and authorized partner of Motilal Oswal — is seeking an experienced Equity Dealer to join our trading desk in Greater Noida. The role suits a proactive, market-savvy professional comfortable with high-volume trading and client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute equity trades (cash and derivatives) on behalf of the firm and clients across NSE/BSE with accuracy and speed.
• Monitor market movements, maintain order book, and manage trade confirmations and settlements.
• Maintain and update daily trading reports, P&L sheets, and position statements.
• Liaise with relationship managers, clients, compliance, and back-office for smooth trade processing.
• Provide real-time market updates and trading ideas to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Manage risk by following firm limits, margin requirements, and compliance procedures.
• Reconcile trades and resolve discrepancies with clearing members/brokers.
• Keep up-to-date with market news, corporate actions, and regulatory changes affecting equity markets.
• Assist in onboarding new clients for trading, KYC verification coordination, and demo/training for clients when required.

Required Skills & Attributes

• 2–3 years’ experience as an equity dealer or on a trading desk in a broking/financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of equity markets, order types, settlement cycles, and basic derivative products.
• Proficient with trading platforms and MS Excel; familiarity with Motilal Oswal or similar terminals is a plus.
• Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and coordination.
• Strong problem-solving ability and sense of urgency for time-sensitive trade execution.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (SEBI, exchange rules) and KYC processes.

Education & Other Requirements

• Graduate (any discipline). Relevant certifications (NISM/NISM-Series, if any) are advantageous.
• Immediate joining preferred.
