Business Operations Associate

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Personal/Business Assistant to support daily operations.

This role involves both office work and field work, so the candidate must be comfortable traveling locally and managing tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative and operational tasks

Handle data entry, records, and documentation

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members

Assist in order handling, catalogue management, and follow-ups

Visit clients/locations for deliveries, collections, or coordination

Ensure smooth day-to-day business operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and work independently

Problem-solving attitude

Additional Requirement (Important)

Must know how to ride a bike (two-wheeler)

Must have a valid driving license

Comfortable with local travel for work purposes

Experience

Fresher or 1–2 years experience preferred
