Job Description

  • Strong experience in handling complete IT infrastructure operations and service delivery.
  • Knowledge of Computer AMC, Networking, CCTV, EPABX, and Office IT setup.
  • Ability to manage field engineers, technicians, and support teams efficiently.
  • Skilled in client coordination, issue resolution, and service management.
  • Experience in handling passive networking and structured cabling projects.
  • Good understanding of CCTV systems including IP Cameras, DVR, and NVR setup.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects, AMC contracts, and onsite support activities.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and operational planning skills.
  • Ability to coordinate vendors, inventory, procurement, and project timelines.
  • Business-oriented mindset with capability to support new business development and customer growth.
