Job Description
We are hiring Field Executives for mobile device pickup operations. Leads will be provided by the company. Candidate has to visit customer locations, inspect and verify mobile device condition, complete basic quality check, collect the device, and submit it to the office on the same day.
Responsibilities:
- Visit customer locations on assigned leads
- Verify mobile condition and basic functionality
- Perform basic QC as per company process
- Collect device safely from customer
- Submit picked devices to office
- Update status timely on calls/WhatsApp/app
- Maintain professional behavior with customers
