Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales agents
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client network
- Oversee property listings, pricing strategies, and marketing plans
- Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends and competition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders
- Train and mentor sales staff to improve performance and productivity
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in real estate sales (typically 5+ years)
- Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Real estate license (required in many regions)
