Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with interested student leads

• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses

• Explain course details, university benefits, and career opportunities

• Handle objections and convert leads into admissions

• Maintain regular follow-ups on CRM/Excel

• Achieve monthly admission targets


Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

• Experience in telecalling / sales / counseling preferred

• Freshers with strong communication can also apply

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Target-driven and result-oriented
