Job Type: Full-Time
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare staff including nurses, patient care attendants, physiotherapists, and caregivers. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to close positions quickly.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
- Hire for roles like:
- GDA / Attendants
- Nurses (GNM/BSc)
- Physiotherapists
- ICU-trained staff
- Source candidates from:
- Job portals (Naukri, Indeed)
- Social media (Facebook, WhatsApp groups)
- Local references & field hiring
- Conduct initial screening & interviews
- Maintain candidate database and pipeline
- Coordinate with operations team for requirements
- Ensure quick turnaround time for urgent staffing needs
- Handle joining formalities and documentation
- Required SkillsGood communication (Hindi & basic English)
- Strong convincing & negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure (bulk hiring)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus
- Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any field (HR preferred)
- 0–2 years experience (Freshers can apply)
- Experience in field recruitment / bulk hiring preferred
