Job Description
An HR Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process. They partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and negotiate job offers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sourcing: Proactively search for active and passive candidates using social media, professional networking platforms, and job boards.
Screening: Review incoming resumes and application forms; conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
Coordination: Schedule and manage the interview process between candidates and the hiring team.
System Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and metrics within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
