Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide and assist students in course selection and the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, counselling students, and converting leads into successful admissions.
Note:Female candidates are preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for student counselling
- Guide students regarding courses, eligibility, and career opportunities
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Maintain and update student data in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission process
