Job Description
- 1. On-Site Project Execution:
- Supervise daily site activities to ensure smooth progress as per the project plan.
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure timely execution.
- Ensure work is being done as per approved designs and specifications.
- Maintain site discipline and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
- 2. Quality Control & Compliance:
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure work meets design and industry standards.
- Ensure the correct materials and finishes are used as per project specifications.
- Report any deviations or issues to the Project Manager for immediate resolution.
- Ensure work complies with safety regulations and government norms.
- 3. Coordination with Design & Project Teams:
- Work closely with designers to ensure their vision is implemented accurately.
- Provide real-time updates to the Project Manager regarding site progress and challenges.
- Assist in resolving on-site technical issues and modifications.
- Communicate client feedback from site visits to the project team.
- 4. Labor & Vendor Management:
- Manage and monitor daily labor attendance and productivity.
- Ensure smooth coordination with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other skilled workers.
- Verify vendor deliveries and ensure materials match order specifications.
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors to ensure consistent quality and timelines.
- 5. Site Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain a daily work progress log with photos and notes.
- Track material consumption and report shortages in advance.
- Record and report any site issues, damages
