Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with strong expertise in 2D drawings and 3Ds Max rendering. The candidate should be capable of handling complete project cycles—from concept design to execution—along with client coordination, BOQ preparation, and site-based estimation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate 2D layouts, working drawings, and detailed plans using AutoCAD or similar software
• Develop 3D models and high-quality realistic renders using 3Ds Max, V-Ray/Corona
• Handle client meetings, understand requirements, and present design concepts professionally
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) as per project requirements
• Conduct site visits and measurements for accurate planning and execution
• Do project estimation and costing based on drawings and site conditions
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site team for smooth execution
• Ensure designs are aligned with budget, timeline, and client expectations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with proper planning and updates
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D drawings)
• Expertise in 3Ds Max with V-Ray/Corona (Rendering)
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting
• Strong communication and client handling skills
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost estimation
• Ability to read and understand site conditions and drawings
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint (for presentations)
• Experience RequiredMinimum 2–5 years experience in interior design field
• Experience in residential, commercial, or institutional projects preferred
• Additional RequirementsWillingness to travel across India for site visits and project execution
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle pressure
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
