🎯 Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and practical Mechanical Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The role involves design, development, and execution of food processing machinery, including ice cream plants, pasteurizers, continuous freezers, and refrigeration-based systems.

• 🛠️ Key Responsibilities🔹 Design & DevelopmentDesign and develop SS-based food processing machinery (SS304/SS316).
• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD / SolidWorks.
• Optimize machine structure for efficiency, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
• 🔹 Production & FabricationSupervise fabrication work including sheet metal, welding, and assembly.
• Ensure proper implementation of design drawings on shop floor.
• Coordinate with vendors for laser cutting, bending, and machining.
• 🔹 Project ExecutionHandle end-to-end execution of plant setups (200 LPH to large-scale units).
• Assist in installation, trial runs, and troubleshooting at client sites.
• Work closely with electrical & refrigeration teams for integration.
• 🔹 Quality & StandardsMaintain quality control as per food-grade standards.
• Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Conduct inspection and testing of machines before dispatch.
• 🔹 Innovation & ImprovementSuggest improvements in existing machines like:
• Continuous Freezer
• Tunnel Hardener
• Ageing Tanks
• Pasteurizers
• Work on cost reduction and performance enhancement.
• 📋 Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• 2–5 years experience in machinery manufacturing / food processing / refrigeration
• Strong knowledge of:
• Sheet metal design
• SS fabrication
• Pumps, valves, pipelines
• Basic refrigeration concepts
• Software: AutoCAD / SolidWorks (preferred)
• ⚡ Additional Preferred SkillsExperience in ice cream or dairy plant machinery
• Understanding of PHE, homogenizer, compressors
• Ability to handle site installation and client interaction
• 🕒 Working Hours9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
• 💰 Salary & GrowthSalary: As per experience (₹25,000 – ₹45,000)
