Job Description

  • Patient CareMonitor patient health (temperature, BP, pulse, etc.)
  • Assist doctors during examinations and treatments
  • Provide basic care like bathing, feeding, and dressing wounds
  • 2. Medication & TreatmentAdminister medicines and injections as prescribed
  • Set up IV drips and monitor fluid intake/output
  • Ensure correct dosage and timing of medications
  • 3. Patient MonitoringObserve changes in patient condition
  • Report critical changes to doctors immediately
  • Maintain accurate patient records and charts
  • 4. Support & CommunicationCommunicate with patients and their families
  • Explain treatment plans and procedures
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance
  • 5. Hygiene & SafetyMaintain cleanliness and infection control
  • Follow hospital safety protocols
  • Sterilize medical equipment
  • 6. DocumentationMaintain patient files and nursing notes
  • Record treatments, medications, and progress
  • Prepare reports for doctors and hospital records
  • 7. Emergency HandlingRespond quickly in emergencies (accidents, critical cases)
  • Perform basic life support if needed
