Job Description
- Patient CareMonitor patient health (temperature, BP, pulse, etc.)
- Assist doctors during examinations and treatments
- Provide basic care like bathing, feeding, and dressing wounds
- 2. Medication & TreatmentAdminister medicines and injections as prescribed
- Set up IV drips and monitor fluid intake/output
- Ensure correct dosage and timing of medications
- 3. Patient MonitoringObserve changes in patient condition
- Report critical changes to doctors immediately
- Maintain accurate patient records and charts
- 4. Support & CommunicationCommunicate with patients and their families
- Explain treatment plans and procedures
- Provide emotional support and reassurance
- 5. Hygiene & SafetyMaintain cleanliness and infection control
- Follow hospital safety protocols
- Sterilize medical equipment
- 6. DocumentationMaintain patient files and nursing notes
- Record treatments, medications, and progress
- Prepare reports for doctors and hospital records
- 7. Emergency HandlingRespond quickly in emergencies (accidents, critical cases)
- Perform basic life support if needed
- Assist in ICU or emergency procedures
- 8. CoordinationWork with doctors and other healthcare staff
- Coordinate patient care and treatment plans
- Help in hospital ward management
