Job SummaryThe Packer is responsible for accurately packing customer orders and store products while ensuring quality, safety, and timely dispatch. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and adherence to company standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPack customer orders and store products accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure products are properly packed to prevent damage during handling and transportation.
• Verify product quantity and quality before packing.
• Label and seal packages as per company guidelines.
• Organize packed items for dispatch or customer pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and other warehouse/store activities as required.
• Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
• EligibilityMinimum qualification: 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred).
• Prior experience in packing, retail, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Skills RequiredBasic communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork and discipline.
• Physical fitness to stand for long hours and lift light to moderate weights.
