PDI EXECUTIVE

Responsible for conducting Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and quality checks of electric low-speed scooties before dispatch. Ensuring all vehicles meet quality standards and are ready for delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform complete PDI of electric scooties before dispatch

· Check battery, motor, controller, wiring and electrical systems

· Inspect body condition, paint quality and alignment

· Ensure lights, indicators, horn and meter are working properly

· Check tyre condition, brakes and suspension

· Conduct basic road test (speed, braking, vibration check)

· Maintain PDI checklist and inspection records

· Report defects and coordinate for repair before dispatch

· Ensure proper packing and loading of vehicles

· Follow quality standards and company guidelines

Requirements

· Diploma / Basic technical knowledge preferred

· 0–3 years experience in EV / automobile field

· Basic understanding of electrical components

· Attention to detail and quality focus

· Physically fit and ready for field/warehouse work
