Job Description

Supervise production activities during the assigned shift. Ensure shift-wise production targets are achieved. Monitor manpower and machine utilization.

Ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP. Coordinate with QA, QC, and Maintenance teams. Prepare shift reports and production records.

Resolve operational issues during the shift. Ensure quality standards are maintained. Monitor safety and housekeeping. Guide and support operators and technicians.
