Job Overview

We are hiring motivated and confident Telecallers for our real estate team. The role involves calling old and new leads, explaining project details, building client interest, and convincing customers to visit the project site.

Telecalling experience is mandatory. Experience in real estate is preferred but not compulsory.

Key Responsibilities

• Call prospective customers from provided old and fresh lead data.
• Explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly to clients.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers.
• Convince clients to schedule and visit the project site.
• Coordinate with the sales team for client visits.
• Maintain daily call records and follow-up status.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements

• Prior telecalling experience is mandatory.
• Real estate experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
• Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English is a plus.

Salary & Incentives

In-hand Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Incentive: ₹5,000 for every successful site visit conversion generated through your calls
