Job Description
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Build a robust client base through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing to attract prospective buyers and sellers.
Client Consultation: Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable residential or commercial property solutions.
Market Analysis & Valuations: Perform Comparative Market Analyses (CMA) to estimate property values and advise clients on pricing strategies.
Property Showings & Open Houses: Stage, display, and market real estate by organizing site visits and open houses for potential buyers.
Negotiation & Deal Closing: Intermediate negotiation processes between buyers and sellers to secure the best terms, prices, and conditions.
