Real Estate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth

• Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics

• Generate business through new leads, channel partners, and references

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

• Oversee client meetings, site visits, and high-value deal closures

• Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales skills, and objection handling
