Retail Sales & Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Retail Sales & Customer Support Executive to handle in-store sales, online order confirmations, and customer communication via calls and emails. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, maintaining order accuracy, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities-

Offline (In-Store) Sales

• Greet walk-in customers and assist them in selecting footwear and accessories
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and sizing
• Close sales and ensure a positive in-store customer experience
• Maintain cleanliness and basic display of products in the store

Online Order & Customer Handling

• Make confirmation calls for online orders (COD & prepaid)
• Verify customer details such as address, size, and availability
• Coordinate with operations/logistics for smooth order processing
• Follow up with customers in case of delivery issues or queries

Customer Communication

• Respond to customer emails professionally regarding orders, returns, and general queries
• Maintain polite, clear, and timely communication on calls and emails
• Update customers regarding order status when required

Basic Operations Support

• Maintain daily sales records (offline & online)
• Assist in reducing RTO by proper order verification
• Coordinate with the team for returns, exchanges, and complaints
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
• Comfortable making customer calls and writing simple professional emails
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and billing systems
• Prior experience in retail sales / customer support is a plus
