Job Description

Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.

• Explain product features and benefits confidently.

• Build trust and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Handle counter sales and support billing activities.

• Ensure product display and shelves are properly maintained.

• Support stock arrangement and inventory management.

• Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the counter.

• Coordinate with team members during festivals and high footfall periods.
