Job Description
Job Summary:Responsible for managing factory store operations, maintaining inventory records, handling inward and outward materials, and ensuring smooth material flow for production activities.
- Roles & Responsibilities:Maintain stock of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods
- Handle material inward and outward entries
- Verify received materials with invoices and purchase orders
- Issue materials to production departments as per requirement
- Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and ERP/software updates
- Conduct physical stock verification and inventory audits
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch departments
- Ensure proper storage, safety, and cleanliness of store area
- Prepare daily/monthly inventory and stock reports
- Minimize stock discrepancies and material losses
Skills Required:
- Inventory and warehouse management
- MS Excel and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Team coordination and communication
