Role: Team Leader – B2B Sales
- 🔹 Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of sales executives for B2B sales
- Drive lead generation, cold calling, and deal closure
- Ensure team achieves daily & monthly sales targets
- Train, guide, and monitor team performance
- Maintain strong client relationships
- 🔹 Requirements:Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B / Inside Sales
- Must have team handling experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills
- Candidates should have stable work experience (minimum 6 months – 1 year in one company)
- 🔹 Mandatory Condition:Candidate must be able to bring at least 2–3 team members
- Team members should have minimum 6 months – 1 year experience
- Team members salary range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000
- 🔹 Salary & Benefits:Team Leader Salary: Up to ₹25,000
