Job Title: Post Sales ManagerCompany: Vidastu Developers Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Greater Noida (Yamuna Expressway)
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–5 Years (Real Estate Preferred)
About the RoleVidastu Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Post Sales Manager to manage the complete post-sales process for residential plots and real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong documentation knowledge, and the ability to ensure a smooth customer experience from booking to possession.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle all post-sales activities for customers.
- Coordinate plot registration and documentation.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding payment schedules, registration, and project updates.
- Coordinate with legal, accounts, CRM, and sales teams.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Prepare and verify customer documentation.
- Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up on pending documents and payments.
- Assist customers during registration and authority-related procedures.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of real estate documentation and registration processes.
- Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
- QualificationsBachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Post Sales, CRM, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience in Real Estate is preferred.
