Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

Generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, and field visits.

Promote and sell the company's software products and IT services.

Present CRM Software, School Management Software, Website Development, and Digital Marketing solutions to potential clients.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Schedule product demonstrations and online/offline meetings.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients.

Maintain customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.

Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.

Update leads and sales activities in the company's CRM.

Coordinate with the technical team for project discussions and successful client onboarding.

Required Skills:

Good communication and presentation skills.

Basic knowledge of IT services and software products.

Confidence in client handling and negotiations.

Lead generation and follow-up skills.

MS Office and internet proficiency.

Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.

Eligibility:

Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, MBA, BCA, B.Tech or equivalent preferred).

0–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or IT Sales.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
