We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager who can lead sales operations, drive marketing initiatives, and contribute to the company's business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSales ManagementDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
• Monitor daily sales activities, site visits, client meetings, and deal closures.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and revenue analysis.
• Marketing ManagementPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other online platforms.
• Create and implement branding and promotional strategies.
• Coordinate advertising campaigns, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Generate quality leads through online and offline marketing channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop marketing materials, brochures, videos, and social media content.
• Business DevelopmentAnalyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Develop partnerships with channel partners and corporate clients.
• Support new project launches and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA (Marketing) is preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
