Job Description
Telesales & Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients, pitch products/services, and close sales.
Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects through phone, email, and social media channels.
Marketing Execution: Assist in planning and executing digital/offline marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Market Research: Analyze competitor strategies, customer needs, and emerging market trends.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, calls, and sales pipelines using CRM software.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and conversion targets.
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or sales & marketing (freshers with exceptional communication skills may apply).
Education: 12th passed
Skills:
- Exceptional verbal, written, and active listening communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Attributes: Target-driven, resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
