Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Industrial/Technical Sales
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹29,000 – ₹33,000/month (based on experience) + performance incentives
Job Location: Delhi (Base) | Field job — travel required across UP, Haryana, Punjab, Uttarakhand & Himachal Pradesh
Education: Graduate (Engineering background preferred, not mandatory)
Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Development Executive for our industrial/technical product sales team. This is a field sales job — you will visit factories and plants, meet purchase/procurement teams and plant engineers, and build new business for the company.
What you will do:
- Visit plants and factories across UP, Haryana, Punjab, Uttarakhand & HP (4+ days a week in the field)
- Meet both technical (engineering) and commercial (purchase) people at client companies
- Find new customers and build a strong sales pipeline
- Use LinkedIn to find the right contacts at target companies
- Learn our technical product (training will be given — flow rates, sizing, customization)
- Maintain daily/weekly reports and pipeline data in Excel
Who we are looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably industrial/mechanical/technical products
- Comfortable talking to both engineers and purchase teams
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Should have 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler with valid driving license
- Willing to travel extensively for work
