Salary Range: ₹65,000 – ₹75,000 per month

About the Role:

North Wind Estates is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong financial knowledge, hands-on experience in accounting and compliance, and the ability to manage financial operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations

• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and statutory compliances

• Conduct account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants

• Monitor cash flow, payments, and vendor management

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

• Support management with financial planning and analysis

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

• 2–4 years of relevant work experience

• Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and accounting standards

• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software

• Good analytical and communication skills

• Experience in real estate or related industry will be an added advantage
