Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The role involves generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits, Cold Call, presentations, and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and client meetings.
  • Daily 2 leads or 20 B2B Customer complete data are required
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with New and prospective clients.
  • Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/Reports.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven sales track record.
  • Ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
  • Problem-solving attitude and customer-centric approach.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of IT/Telecom solutions.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of field sales experience .
  • Experience in IT/Telecom/Technology sales will be an added advantage.
  • Must be comfortable with extensive field travel.
