Shipping Executive

·     Manage end-to-end export and import shipments.

·     Coordinate with production, warehouse, CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters.

·     Ensure accurate export documentation.

·     Monitor shipment schedules and on-time delivery.

·     Control logistics costs and negotiate freight rates.

·     Ensure customs, DGFT, and regulatory compliance.

·     Handle customer communication and shipment updates.

·     Lead and train the shipping team.

·     Prepare shipment MIS and performance reports.

Shipment delays due to port congestion or vessel schedule changes.

·     Maintain accurate documentation and verify it before shipment.

·     Keep regular follow-up with CHA, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.

·     Good knowledge of E-Way bills, E-Invoice, E-Brc, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill etc.

·     Registration of AD code on IC code.

·     LUT registration.

·     AEPC/EPCH renewal or registration.

·     Negotiation with transportation & CHA regarding bill of lading charges & others.

·     Settle of all EDPMS & IDPMS.

·     Monitoring drawback & follow up for non-receipt drawback.

·     Arranging MEIS Incentive licence over DGFT portal.
