Site & Factory Supervisor – Interior Solutions
Location: Greater Noida
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Site & Factory Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing facility and interior project sites.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Site work for retail customers.
- Visit the site and take Measurements.
- Effective sales communication with the retail clients.
- Monitor site execution, installation, and project progress.
- Coordinate with labor teams and management.
- Ensure quality standards and timely project completion.
- Manage material movement, inventory, and site requirements.
- Maintain safety and discipline at the factory and project sites.
Requirements:
- knowledge of materials, measurements, and site execution for Modular Kitchen, Office furniture, Railings, Windows and Home Interior Design.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Added Advantage :
- Having one or two years of experience in the same industry or working as a carpenter.
Salary: Rs 20,000 - Rs 25,000 (+incentives)
