We are looking for our first HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to join our founding team.

• Your ResponsibilitiesHire the best talent for Servsy.
• Post jobs on Apna, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Conduct telephonic interviews.
• Schedule interviews with the Founder.
• Coordinate candidate follow-ups.
• Prepare Offer Letters and Joining Documents.
• Maintain employee records.
• Assist in employee onboarding.
• Support HR operations and office administration.
• RequirementsGraduate in any discipline (MBA HR/BBA/B.Com preferred)
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
