Job Title: Telecaller


Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support customers. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince customers effectively.


Job Role:

  • Make outbound & handle inbound calls
  • Explain products/services to customers
  • Generate leads and close sales
  • Maintain call records and follow-ups


Requirements:

  • Good communication (Hindi & basic English)
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel)
  • Convincing skills
