Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic and confident Sales Executives for a US IT Calling Process. The role involves interacting with US-based clients, pitching IT services (such as website development, SEO, digital marketing, software solutions), and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to US clients (leads provided / cold calling)
• Pitch IT services like Web Development, SEO, PPC, and Digital Marketing
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions
• Handle inbound queries and convert them into sales
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Maintain call records, CRM updates, and follow-ups
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements:
• Good spoken English (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of IT services (Website, SEO, Digital Marketing, etc.)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with US calling process
• Willing to work night shift
• Freshers & experienced both can apply
