Job Description
An Academic Counsellor is an education or sales professional who guides students and parents in choosing courses, overcoming learning challenges, and planning career pathways.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct structured counseling sessions to assess a student's strengths, learning style, and career goals, and recommend suitable courses or study plans.
- Help students manage academic pressure, develop effective study habits, and provide solutions for ineffective learning methods.
- Maintain accurate student databases, handle fee/admission paperwork, and consistently follow up with candidates.
