We're Hiring – Telecaller Executive

Position: Telecaller Executive (Female/Male)
Location: Noida (Work from Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time

- Job ResponsibilitiesCall potential customers and explain SafeHand Lifecare's home healthcare services.
- Follow up with existing leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain call records and update the CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations team for service bookings.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred).
- Confident and polite speaking skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be an added advantage.
