Position Details:
Role: Telecaller
Open Positions: 3
Location : Gaur City Mall
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to acquire event delegates and invitations through emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn.
- Introduce the company's media publications, advertising opportunities, and subscription services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate candidates can apply.
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
