Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers
  • Explain products or services clearly and effectively
  • Answer customer questions and handle objections
  • Generate sales leads or close sales over the phone
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
  • Follow scripts while adapting to customer responses
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed
