Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The role requires strong communication, business development, and client engagement skills. Candidates with knowledge of Crypto, Blockchain, and MLM industries will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve company targets. • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis. • Promote company products and services through digital and offline channels. • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery. • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Education: MBA in Sales / Marketing. • Experience: 6 months in sales & marketing. • Preferred Knowledge: Crypto, Blockchain, MLM. • Skills: Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English, strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Salary ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and performance). Bond Policy Selected candidates are required to sign a 1–2 year employment bond with BRT Multisoftware LLP to ensure mutual growth and commitment.
