Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our real estate sales team. The role involves connecting with potential clients over calls, explaining property details, and generating site visits and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers for property sales
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients
- Generate and qualify leads for site visits
- Maintain follow-ups with interested customers
- Coordinate with the field sales team for closures
- Maintain call records and customer database
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic English proficiency
- Interest in sales and real estate industry
- Ability to handle targets and pressure
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 18 to 23 years
- Open to both male and female candidates
