Job Description
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive (Female) to handle both inbound and outbound calling processes. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, addressing queries, and generating leads while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming (inbound) customer calls and respond to inquiries
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Provide accurate information about products/services
Generate leads and follow up on prospects
Maintain call records and update customer data in the system
Resolve customer issues and escalate when required
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling systems)
Polite, confident, and customer-friendly attitude
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Experience
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
