Tender Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Search and track government and private tenders through portals

Analyze tender requirements and eligibility criteria

Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids

Coordinate with sales, finance, and technical teams for documentation

Prepare EMD, BOQ, compliance documents, and other tender paperwork

Maintain tender records and follow up on submitted bids

Ensure deadlines are met without errors

Handle post-tender clarifications and negotiations

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate (Commerce / Business / Engineering preferred)

1–5 years of experience in tendering process

Knowledge of GeM portal / e-procurement portals preferred

Basic understanding of contracts and legal documentation

Good communication and coordination skills

💼 Required Skills:

Strong documentation and drafting skills

Attention to detail

Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

Time management

Ability to work under deadlines
