Job Description
Role Summary:
Support warehouse operations and purchase coordination to ensure material availability, accurate inventory, and timely dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inward, outward, GRN, stock entries, and FIFO compliance
- Supervise picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch accuracy
- Raise PRs, follow up on POs, and track deliveries with vendors
- Verify material against PO and coordinate with accounts/procurement
- Maintain inventory, vendor records, and basic MIS reports
- Ensure SOP, safety, and 5S compliance
Requirements:
- 2–4 years experience in warehouse or store operations
- Graduate/ Post Graduate / MBA
- Working knowledge of Excel and ERP
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- KPIs Dispatch accuracy
- Inventory variance
- Material availability
