Job Description
- Achieve gold loan disbursement targets as per company goals
- Handle gold appraisal/valuation and ensure accuracy
- Manage branch operations and supervise staff
- Ensure proper KYC, documentation, and compliance
- Monitor loan portfolio, collections, and overdue accounts
- Build strong relationships with customers and local agents
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
- Conduct market visits and business sourcing activities
- Ensure safety and security of pledged gold
