Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new Savings and Current Account customers (CASA).
- Identify potential customers through field visits, referrals, corporate visits, and local marketing activities.
- Open customer accounts while ensuring proper KYC documentation.
- Promote and cross-sell products such as:
- Fixed Deposits (FD)
- Recurring Deposits (RD)
- Credit Cards
- Personal Loans
- Insurance
- Digital Banking Services
- Achieve monthly sales and acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Resolve customer queries and provide quality service.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and Sales Manager to increase business in the assigned area.
- Follow RBI guidelines and the bank's compliance policies.
- EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of sales or banking experience may be eligible for some Associate Manager programs, depending on the hiring initiative.
