📢 Job Opening: BPO / Telecaller

We are hiring dynamic and enthusiastic candidates for the role of BPO / Telecaller and USA & UK Study Counsellor (Job location at Vijayawada & Guntur Branches)

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Provide accurate information and assist customers with queries
• Maintain daily reports and update records in Excel sheets
• Ensure proper customer handling and follow-up
• Perform basic administrative tasks using MS Office tools
• Assist students in preparing and submitting university applications, including SOPs, LORs, resumes, and other required documents.
• Guide students in choosing suitable countries, universities, and courses based on their academic background, career goals, and budget.
• Provide accurate information about entrance exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, SAT, or PTE and advise on preparation strategies.

🔹 Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to manage customer interactions efficiently
• Organized and detail-oriented approach

🔹 Preference:

• Priority will be given to Muslim female candidates
