Job Description
Gold Loan Field Executive — Guntur City
Lavu Capital Private Limited (RBI-registered NBFC) is hiring a field executive for gold loan business development in Guntur.
What you will do:
- Visit local markets, shops, and residential areas in Guntur to generate gold loan customers
- Explain gold loan process to new customers and help them visit our branch
- Build and maintain relationships with existing borrowers for repeat business
- Collect basic customer details and coordinate with branch for quick disbursement
- Cover assigned areas daily on your own two-wheeler
What we need:
- Must be a Guntur city resident with strong knowledge of local areas
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence is mandatory
- Comfortable speaking to shopkeepers, small business owners, and families
- Telugu fluency required
- Basic smartphone usage (WhatsApp, calling)
- Previous experience in gold loans, microfinance, or any field sales is required
What we offer:
- Fixed salary ₹15,000/month starting + incentive + petrol allowance
- Attractive per-loan incentives — earn ₹15,000-70,000+ with good performance
